Mobilization exercises focus on a specific part of the body and consists in stretching or correcting strained parts. 

Recommended for: Muscle and joint pain and stiffness, carpal tunnel syndrome prevention, and issues with the cervical and lumbar spine.


Regeneration massage - 30/60 min.

Regenerative massage is focused on alleviating mental fatigue. It positively stimulates the organism during a hard working day. It enhances muscle blood circulation and releases the body from excessive stress. Through this massage, we can effectively stimulate the mind, thereby improving work performance and physical well-being.

Recommended for: Both physical and psychological fatigue, prevention against migraines, excessive stress, and demanding workloads.


Exercise for a healthy back - 20 min.

The exercises take place while standing or sitting directly at the workplace in a larger group of people. It involves a combination of simple strengthening and stretching exercises that improve body posture and act as prevention against muscle stiffness and unpleasant blockages. This type of exercise also improves joint mobility, preventing common issues associated with office work.

Recommended for: Neck pain, muscle and joint stiffness, migraine prevention, and strengthening of interscapular muscles.



Kinesio taping - 10 Min.
